About me

Hello everyone! My name is Amy Mills and I am a studio ceramicist who specialises in throwing functional porcelain work and creating one-of-a-kind designs with coloured slip. I take a great deal of influence from the natural environment around me which is so abundant here in the Cotswolds.

 

I completed my BA in Ceramics at Cardiff School of Art & Design in 2001 and was very fortunate to also complete a BTEC in Studio Ceramics at Royal Forest of Dean College before the course was stopped.

Having taken a break from my practice to raise my amazing four children (and two furry children) I am now excited to be back in the world of Ceramics, teaching and building a body of work.
